CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Exhibits to remain on display until 4:00pm Sunday of the Show.

2. No bird entered in a wrong class will be allowed to compete, and the entry fee in respect of such bird will be
forfeited.

3. The Council reserves the right of refusing or cancelling any entry without giving any reason for so doing.

4. The decision of the Judges shall be accepted as final.

5. No trimming, plucking, dyeing of feathers, legs, etc., or any other fraudulent practice will be allowed and every exhibitor will be deemed to be and held responsible for the condition in which his exhibitor appears in the pen.

6. The Council will consider all protests as soon as possible after lodgment and their decision shall be final for the Show. Protests must be lodged before 10:00am on the second day of the Show.

7. Whenever any bird has been disqualified, the Council may also disqualify the exhibitor from exhibiting at future shows of this Society and may declare forfeited all prizes awarded to him.

8. If 3 or more birds entered in A.O.V.,
A.O.C. or A.C., a separate class will
be created. Please indicate variety
or colours.

9.The Society will not receive the proceeds of sale of birds, or take any
responsibility of same.

NO TAGS will be sent. Cage numbers will be given to exhibitor at penning.

JUDGING 9:00am Saturday, 20th February, 2010.

SPECIAL NOTE : Any person removing any birds or eggs from any coops in the Show – whether the birds are their property or not, unless with the permission of the Secretary,
will be prosecuted and every means will be employed to protect the interests of exhibitors.

All eggs laid during the show will be destroyed by the Secretary.

Best of Breed ribbons will be awarded if there are four or more entered in two classes.

Prizes in the form of feed will be available for collection from the Showground on the Sunday
of the Show and must be collected by the
winning exhibitors on that day.
