Prize money In this section will be paid after 4.00pm Sunday.
Preserves, Jam, Jelly and Conserve exhibits to be in standard jars not less than 375
grams (12 ounces). Sauces and Pickles to be correctly sealed (one jar each).

Prize money: 1st $10.00 | 2nd $5,00
1st, 2nd & 3rd Place Cards & ribbons awarded.

OVERALL SENIOR PRIZE OF $50.00

The following recipe is compulsory for entrants in Class 41 RICH FRUIT CAKE COMPETITION

Winners at country shows will each receive a cash prize of $10.00 and will be required to bake a second Rich Fruit Cake in order to compete in a semi-final to be conducted by each of the fourteen (14) groups of the Agricultural Societies Council of NSW.

The fourteen (14) winners at group level will each receive a cash prize of $15.00 and are required to bake a third Rich Fruit Cake for the final judging at the Royal Easter Show where the winner will receive a cash prize of $50.00.
