Preserves, Jam, Jelly and Conserve exhibits to be in standard jars not less than 375grams (12 ounces). Sauces and Pickles to be correctly sealed (one jar each).

The following recipe is compulsory for entrants in Class 31 RICH FRUIT CAKE COMPETITION

Winners at country shows will each receive a cash prize of $10.00 and will be required to bake a second Rich Fruit Cake in order to compete in a semi-final to be conducted by each of the fourteen (14) groups of the Agricultural Societies Council of NSW.
The fourteen (14) winners at group level will each receive a cash prize of $15.00 and are required to bake a third Rich Fruit Cake for the final judging at the Royal Easter Show where the winner will receive a cash prize of $50.00.

Entry Fee $2.00 per entry
All entries must remain on display until 3.00pm Sunday of the show and be collected between 4.00pm and 5.00pm Sunday.
Exhibitors are limited to one entry only in each of the following classes.
